Mr. Bert M. Kendrick joined our firm in October 2011 with 25 years of litigation experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury, trucking litigation, and social security disability. He graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986 and was the managing partner of his own firm. Mr. Kendrick has tried multiple cases to verdict, most notably a multimillion-dollar jury verdict. Specializing in catastrophic trucking accidents, he has extensive experience in negotiating settlements. His practice will now be limited to workers’ compensation defense.
