Mr. Mitchell C. Maurer joined the firm on December 30, 2002.  Mr. Maurer
graduated from the Oklahoma State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in
Journalism.  He worked as a reporter for the Tulsa World for ten years.  He received his
Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa in 1995.  He began work that same year as an
insurance defense lawyer.  He has worked almost exclusively in Workers’ Compensation
for the past several years.  Mr. Maurer is a member of the Workers’ Compensation section
of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in the United States District
Court, Northern District.
