             Fees for professional services are quoted upon request. We have found our fees to
be competitive within the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas and believe that the ancillary
services offered by our firm are unparalleled. We take special care to keep our clients
informed on all matters entrusted to us and provide a detailed accounting of all services
rendered.

             In addition to the customary professional services extended by the firm, all of our
attorneys stand ready to answer general questions concerning our clients’ rights and
obligations. Periodically, we offer free symposiums to our clients at whom the attorneys
discuss new legislation and recent appellate decisions affecting their business interest.
Often, we counsel with our clients’ to offer remedial suggestions to recurring problems
identified through our professional representation.

             The professional staff of the firm has been called upon by numerous agencies to
provide speakers in all the disciplines practiced by the firm. These pro grata presentations
are gratefully made out of this firm’s recognition of its public duty to advance the general
practice of law and dedication to the education of the public in the importance of legal
principles. The firm also prepares, periodically, a mailing to its clients called “The
Update” which reports cases of interest, including unpublished cases, notices and rule
changes. From time to time, supplementals are forwarded whenever case law changes and
there is a need to inform the adjusters and group representatives of an important change in
the law.
